General Contracting Firm in business for over 35 years in Hawaii providing
excellence for new and renovated construction for commercial, industrial and
residential projects. 
Wasco Builders is a LLC,
women owned and operated business and is a certified Women Owned Small
Business Enterprise. Luana Wasco is the president and owner of the company
and has over 22 years experience in operations, accounting, and management
in the construction industry. Joe Wasco, is the Vice President and a
licensed contractor in Hawaii . He has over 40 years of experience in the
construction industry in Hawaii. Mr. Wasco has developed a strong reputation
within the industry as a person of integrity, honesty and a person who gets
the job done with determined effectiveness and efficiency.
Our services, if desired, can be from
start to finish providing design to completion . We have completed hundreds
of projects throughout the state. We own our own equipment and pride
ourselves in dealing with complex issues as well as our attention to detail
and craftsmanship in the finish product.

History
Wasco Builders LLC has had an established clientele in the state of Hawaii for
over 35 years. We are located on Oahu, but have done many projects on the outer
island in Kauai, the Big Island of Hawaii, Maui and Molokai. We work closely
with our clients to obtain beautiful and affordable custom home or make
improvements to their homes. We're happy to make past client references
